The royal palace of Grassalkovich, built in baroque style, belonged to the wife of Franz Joseph, who during the Austro-Hungarian Imperial period, loved to stay here. Her name was Queen Elizabeth, also known as Sissi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The palace is used as a museum today: the wonderful Palace Garden, the Rococo-style chapel, the Baroque Theater, the bedroom of Maria Theresa, the study room of Franz Joseph, beautiful paintings, dresses, etc. can be still seen in their original form.<br \/>After visiting the Royal Palace, we&#8217;ll continue our visit to the World Champions&#8217; Horse Farm.
